Lemon Chicken Pasta

In a hurry for dinner but grilled cheese sandwiches or mac and cheese just aren't cutting it? Isn't it possible to have a quick meal that is  delicious and filling? YES IT IS! Look no further than this recipe. It is packed with flavor and super easy to make! 

Butter, Garlic, basil, lemon, and parmesan cheese? Talk about FLAVOR. This recipe is super appealing to both the eye and the tummy! 

This wonderful recipe was given to me by my wonderful sister. Isn't she just the sweetest :) 

Lemon Chicken Pasta 

Ingredients: 
2-3 chicken breasts, cubed (I use 2 for two of us) 
6 T Butter ( I usually only put 2-3 T of butter and I substitute the rest with Olive Oil. ) 
3 T Lemon Juice
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (sometimes I put in 2 garlic cloves instead and then add salt to taste) 
4 1/2 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Pasta of choice. (I prefer Spaghetti) 

Directions: 
1. Cook Chicken in skillet and set aside. 
2. In same skillet, add butter, lemon juice, garlic salt, basil, and pepper over med-low heat. 
3. Add Chicken to skillet and coat. Add the cheese last, then coat pasta in the sauce!
